Great hotel! Staff was very friendly and best breakfast for the price. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. We will be looking for another Tru Hotel in the future!
Our cross country team booked this hotel for a meet and we cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond making check in for 52 runners smooth and easy. They even made the runners to go breakfast bags because we had to leave before they would be able to get the complimentary breakfast. The staff really went above and beyond to make this stay easy and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and our kids really enjoyed the spacious lobby and pool table.
The staff were great, but the room could have been much better. We first noticed what appeared to be a bullet hole in the outer window that cracked the whole window. Secondly, there was gum on the trim on the wall near the TV. Not a good look!
We stayed at this location at the beginning of our vacation and I'm so glad we did. The front desk staff at Check in, breakfast, and check out were absolutely amazing. They had great suggestions for local coffee shops and places to eat. Things to do for the kids to burn some energy and we're just so helpful. The location is perfect and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were super clean and the beds were so perfectly soft. The breakfast was definitely 10/10. I'd like to say it is a step up from your regular continental breakfast and the kiddos loved the automatic pancake machine with a set up of toppings and sprinkles. Will stay here again!
I stayed here with my company this past week and the front desk lady had the most vibrant attitude everyday I would enter she would welcome us in the hotel was very clean when I would ask for anything such as towels she would bring them right away with no hesitation the beds were soft sheets were clean anytime I come I hope to have someone as kind as the young lady I met this past week I have no complaints!
We had a great experience staying at Tru by Hilton! The hotel was clean, modern, and had a fun, welcoming vibe. The lobby has a cute mural and even a pool table, which added a nice touch. They offer continental breakfast and coffee daily—though I have to be honest, the coffee wasn’t great. But they do have a small gym with a few treadmills and weight stations, which I really appreciated. For the price and location, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

It was my first time staying at Tru and it was exactly as described once I looked up what made this line of hotels unique. Rooms are smaller. They have laminate in the rooms, it appears, instead of carpet. Plenty of spots to hang things, which I love. It would have been nice though that the shower door open on the side that accesses the hangers in the bathroom. They apparently also have a gaming area, but we went straight from the parking lot to the room every time, so I cannot speak to that. It suited our needs, although I must say the mattress was too firm for my liking, so my husband and I were sore the next day. Oh, and I did hear a train a few times, but it wasn't too loud. It is also surrounded with a lot of restaurants.
